On Sunday 30 November, Beacon HC entered an U12 team in a "mini festival" tournament hosted at Shobnall Leisure Centre in Burton by Barton HC.
Our U12s won 3 of their 4 games, netting 8 goals and conceding 4. Top scorers were Sean and Zyon on 3 apiece, followed by Connor with 2.
Poppy was a shining star in attack 🌟, Zayden was a rock at the back, Olaf was parrying shots left, right and centre in goal, and Donald showed his versatility out wide, in midfield and at the back.
Big thanks to the parents for supporting the event, and especially to Barton HC for hosting the event at short notice after the Bloxwich mini festival became oversubscribed.
