Beacon Juniors Bring the Energy to Wednesbury

On Sunday 7 June, Beacon HC entered U8, U10 and U12 teams into the final “mini festival” of the season, hosted at Willenhall E‑ACT Academy by Wednesbury HC. We teamed up with Stafford HC in the U8 and U10 events, and the players gelled brilliantly — great teamwork all round 💪.

U8s

A superb effort from the U8s, who won 3 of their 4 games. Goals came from Jamie (2) and Stafford players Nate (3), Edward and Max. Jude also made a big contribution with strong defending and was unlucky not to score himself.

U10s

The U10s finished with 2 wins and 2 losses, with Zayden and Poppy getting on the scoresheet. The Beacon and Stafford players linked up really well throughout.

U12s

A fantastic performance from the U12s, who won all 4 games, scoring 12 and conceding just once. Goals came from Kai (2), Matty (2), Connor, Aryan, Zyon and Sean. Not forgetting outstanding contributions from Olaf between the sticks, Ella and Donald in midfield, and Charles at the back. Congratulations also to Vish and Aryan on their strong Beacon debuts 🏅
